Do You Bring Your Own Cleaning Equipment?

Yes, we bring everything we need to clean your home to high standards. All of our cleaning equipment is sterilized before your cleaning service appointment.

Do I Have To Remove My Personal Items From Surfaces?

We do suggest that homeowner clear surfaces, it will help quicken the time of your cleaning service appointment. During a basic clean, our cleaners are not permitted to remove overly cluttered surfaces - especially if it seems unsafe or may cause possible damage.

Will I Have Different Cleaners Every Time?

We make it our goal to assign the same cleaners or at least the same “lead cleaner” to each home - to ensure the comfortability of each client. However, this is not always possible.

Does Someone Have To Be Home During The Appointment?

No, it's not necessary to be home or at the property during the cleaning service appointment. However, there must be a detailed explanation of how the cleaners will enter the property.

If you will not be home during the cleaning service appointment, we require that you provide us with clear communication in advance regarding the agreed cleaning areas and any changes to our cleaning agreement or concerns you may have.

How Do I Make A Payment?

Credit card/debit on file only.The card on file will be charged only when the appointment is complete.

We hold the right to withhold a $50 no-show/ cancellation fee if the client cancels within 24 hours or fails to grant access to the technicians upon arrival

What If I Don't Need A Deep Clean But Need More From A Basic Clean?

ou have the option of including add-ons to your basic clean - if it is a deep clean, add-ons are not necessary. It’s simple, at check out you have the option to add extras to your cleaning appoinment.

Add-Ons

  • Baseboards - Dust and hand wet wipe per agreed space.
  • Inside Fridge - Fridge wiped and disinfected (shelves are only removed if safe). Removing expired food is applicable.
  • Interior Kitchen Cabinets - Empty and reorganize, wiped and disinfected.
  • Interior Oven - Hand or self-clean. Harsh chemicals may be used.
  • Bathroom Interior Cabinet - Empty and reorganize, wiped and disinfected. Priced per bathroom.
  • Linen/Bed Change - Remove dirty linen, replay new linen.
  • Basement - Basements are never included in the quote unless the client has mentioned "add basement".
  • Sliding Glass Doors / Track
  • Closet Cleaning - Priced per closet. Closets are not included with quotes unless the client has mentioned "add closet".
  • Slatted Blinds - Wet wipe per room.
  • Interior Window - Priced per room. 6 ft or under.

What We Don't Do

  1. Clean infested properties (e.g., bed bugs, cockroaches, mice, etc.), pest droppings or mold.
  2. Use ladders higher than 3 steps.
  3. Clean bodily fluids from a pet or a human.
  4. Clean attics, cold rooms, the exterior of the property or garage.
  5. Clean stove hoods / fans.
  6. Clean fireplaces.
  7. Laundry.
  8.  Clean exterior windows.
  9. Lift or move anything heavier than 20 lbs.
  10. Clean in an unsafe property or without water, electricity, heat or air conditioning.
  11. Wall wash (spot cleaning only).
  12. Clean a hoarder's home / obsessive clutter.
  13. Our cleaners are not liable to clean surfaces that may damage the original surface. Our professionals will notify you should we can not clean due to liability concerns for possible damage.
  14. Service clients who are disrespectful, rude, aggressive, or fail to comply with the cleaning agreement.
  15. Clean exterior of homes. Our cleaners are not trained to maintain exterior property, materials or surfaces
  16. Clean anything outside the previously agreed cleaning agreement. Changes or additions to the cleaning agreement must be done 24 hours prior to your appointment.
